This website is run by Driss Doukari of Richardson & Wrench Bundaberg Bargara ("we", "us"). This notice explains what personal information the site collects, why, and who helps us handle it.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the estimate form: your name, mobile number, email address, property address and selling timeframe.
- Details you enter in the chat's contact form, and the messages you type into the chat assistant.
- How you reached the site, such as an ad, a social media post or a QR code, so we know which of our advertising works.
- If we are running online ads, standard information collected by Google and Meta tracking tools, such as pages visited and whether a form was sent.
Why we collect it
To prepare the property appraisal you asked for, to contact you about it, to answer your questions, and to understand which of our advertising brings enquiries. We don't sell your information, and we only use it for real estate services related to your enquiry.
Who helps us handle it
We use these service providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf, and some may store it outside Australia:
- EmailJS sends your form details to Driss by email and sends you a confirmation.
- Anthropic provides the AI chat assistant. The messages you type in the chat are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. Please don't type personal details into the chat itself; use the contact form instead.
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) receives the address text you type, to suggest matching addresses.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Google and Meta, only if we are running ads, to measure whether ads lead to enquiries.
Your choices
You don't have to give us any details to use the site or read the seller's guide. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
